So far the one I absolutely hate the most is wingstop. Man idk what it is about being in a wing stop waiting for food but it is the most miserable experience ever. I could be in any other restaurant and be in the exact same situation waiting for food and it wouldn't be half as bad or stressful. I think it's the smell that all wing stop dining rooms have... I know it's meant to be appetizing but it's not it just gives me a head ache. On top of that they always have the radio playing the same mainstream over played garbage and the dining room is always PACKED so you can't even wait for your food in peace without having to deal with several groups of smelly loud annoying people and for some reason they are almost always obese and wearing candles and shorts. They never look even half presentable lol and it doesn't help they all have 1 or 2 annoying kids with them. Then you got the crowds of people who are also waiting to pick up an order so you have nowhere to sit where you can just be at peace. You always gotta have people close enough for you to practically breathe on each other. I worked at a wing stop in 2018 and out of all the restaurants I've worked in (over 10 of them) it was hands down the worst place to work and their ckintel in the dining room are just as bad so seriously why the hell are they so popular? Lol their food isn't even that good either. Almost every chicken wing place does a superior job. Also the employees always look completely miserable even when they are smiling. Their friendly attitude never seems genuine and as an ex employee I know all the hidden reasons why. They treat their employees like shit and they have some of the dumbest rules they have to follow that strip away any individuality lol. I swear back in the day when I worked there I almost got sent home for wearing jeans that weren't the right shade of blue... Like dude come tf on ...

OMG that happened to me a couple of times, it’s like a maze! You walk forever it seems like and then you finally find the door then of course you have no signal. Yeah that’s happening to me before actually, it was last week.

This is the type of customer to drop your ratings and complain : food missing, damaged, or didn't arrive.

There's an option that says "can't find customer's address/location " press that and cancel her order. She needs to give delivery drivers time to find their apartment unit number. Apartments are not easy to find when there is so many of them and it's multifloor apartment complex. I hate it when people tries to call while you are driving because it messes up GPS directions and causes you to miss your turn which causes the delivery to take longer. Please don't call to ask for ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME or when if we are near because we can't get our Gps directions and talk to you at same time. You are notified when drivers are on their way to your location for dropoff through the app.

Then I couldn't find the stairs,no elevator available.As soon as I climbed the stairs the customer opened the door and peeped out of a cracked opened door.And said put it down,her order. When initially she had requested it be handed to her. I was thinking wow this lady must be bipolar.asf.Talk about nasty. Oh the numbers are on the building she said..All this for 9 bucks.I wish I wouldn't have.taken that order it was like 25 minutes.

A customer got rude with me when I had to buzz her twice BECAUSE THE BUILDINGS WERE.ABCDAND GPS TOOK ME IN THE FRONT AND I HAD TO GET OUT AND WALK AROUND TILL I FOUND THE BIILDING
